Eppas Guat's (Something good)

The Gampe Thaya, situated above Sölden, is a rustic alpine hut that embodies genuine enjoyment in harmony with people and nature. We use mainly regional produce, much of it sourced directly from the Ötztal valley or from our own farm. With great care, we create dishes inspired by traditional peasant cuisine that combine tradition and flavour. For us, sustainable enjoyment means a mindful experience, honest ingredients and an atmosphere that offers tranquillity and respects the Alpine cultural landscape.
